Christmas Celebrations for Year Two

Year Two had a wonderful morning of team-work activities as part of our Christmas Party day. First, working in groups the children used four sheets of paper to make the longest paper chain they could, with some incredible results. They realized communication was the key to success. Next to had a snow man building contest, with prizes for the tallest and sturdiest snowmen. These had to be free standing some a good knowledge of structures and 3D shape was very helpful. Finally it was party time, where games and dancing filled the afternoon.
