Year Two had a wonderful morning of team-work activities as part of our Christmas Party day. First, working in groups the children used four sheets of paper to make the longest paper chain they could, with some incredible results. They realized communication was the key to success. Next to had a snow man building contest, with prizes for the tallest and sturdiest snowmen. These had to be free standing some a good knowledge of structures and 3D shape was very helpful. Finally

This week, Year 3 have been taking part in Anti-Bullying Week, focusing on the theme “Power for Good.” The week began with a whole-school assembly, followed by Odd Socks Day , where pupils celebrated individuality and kindness. Throughout the week, the class took part in role-play activities and learned about the different roles involved in bullying, including how to be an effective upstander. Pupils shared thoughtful ideas about how small actions can make a big difference. T
