Year 3 children enjoyed their art and design lesson and learned how to draw by using shapes. Children were tasked with using a variety of shapes to sketch out an image of a bird, before then adding detail.
Pupils were taught to:
Use their sketchbooks to record their observations and use them to review and revise ideas
To improve their mastery of art and design techniques, including drawing using pencil and charcoal.
