A Joyful Celebration: Year 3 at the Easter Fair!
Just before the Easter break, our school yard was transformed into a joyful hub of laughter, games, and celebration as Year 3 took part in our much-anticipated Easter Fair. With sunshine above and smiles all around, it was a wonderful way to mark the end of term and reflect on the true meaning of Easter in our Catholic community.
The children delighted in a range of classic fairground games—from Find the Treasure and Pin the Tail on the Donkey to the ever-popular Hook a Duck.
Our Easter Fair wasn’t just about play—it was also a chance to give back. Families supported our Easter fundraising efforts by purchasing delicious cupcakes and handmade treats, with all proceeds going to charitable causes close to our school’s heart. It was heartwarming to see our community come together in generosity, echoing the selfless love of Christ that Easter calls us to remember.
As a Catholic school, the Easter season is especially meaningful. It reminds us of the hope, renewal, and joy that come with the Resurrection. The fair offered our children a chance to live out these values—sharing joy with one another, participating in acts of giving, and celebrating the gift of new life in a fun and memorable way.
Thank you to all our families, staff, and volunteers who helped make this event so special!
