Y4 have started their morning with #ThatHistoryBloke with an enquiry into a man named Peter Barrett in their coal mining workshop! They have looked at grave rubbings, a census & asked/answered some historical questions too! Later in the morning, Y4 finished off with a session on mining artefacts and finally found out how Peter Barrett tragically died in a common mining accident in the north east! They had to make judgements on who they believed was responsible and why!
