Eco Club get stuck in!

This week at Eco Club, our green-fingered pupils were hard at work making our school grounds even more eco-friendly! At lunchtime, the children got stuck into a range of fun activities. They painted old tyres in lovely colours - these will be turned into planters for flowers! Some of our young gardeners planted kale in the garden beds, while others turned the compost to keep it healthy and full of goodness for our plants. We also made bug hotels and hung up new bird feeders around the garden to help care for local wildlife. Everyone worked as a team, showing great care for nature and the environment. The garden is definitely beginning to take shape!
