Hello Year 3,
I hope you are all happy and staying busy while learning at home. I have missed having you all in class and really enjoy seeing your work on Seesaw. This week your home learning is a little different as across the school we are focusing on Well-being. In these challenging times it is more important than ever to take care of ourselves and others mentally as well as physically. Taking care of your mental health and well-being helps you feel more positive, more comfortable, healthy and happy and it also has a positive effect on those around you.
I have attached a grid containing lots of links or activities compiled by the staff at school about well-being. You can choose any activity you wish be it something you know you enjoy, or maybe you would like to challenge yourself with something new.
Please remember to share pictures of what you get up to and remember to enjoy yourself.
