D&T Making a fruit salad

We have been learning about preparing food. Once we understood how to prepare hygienically, we tasted lots of different fruit and vegetables to decide which flavours were most complimentary. Then we used knives to carefully cut fruit for our fruit salads. A fruit salad is a healthy snack and a good addition to a balanced diet.
