Year 2: The Last Supper

Year 2: The Last Supper

Year 2 children have now started their new R.E. topic: Eucharist-Relating: Thanksgiving. For our first session, children discussed and answered questions about being thankful. Children said they were thankful for their parents, teachers and school dinners!

For our second learning focus, children read aloud the story of the Last Supper. Before hand, children discussed and interpreted the famous Leonardo da Vinci painting. Children then did a retell of the story of the Last Supper.
