As a school we welcome all parents and carers feedback as we strive to give our children the very best in everything we offer.
The school offers an ‘open door’ policy in that we will endeavour to see parents/carers as soon as we can if you experience an issue or have something you want to share with us.
Please contact our school office by phone (0191 265 5076) or by email (admin@stteresas.newcastle.sch.uk) to make an appointment with your child’s class teacher.
At any time you can ring or email the school office to make an appointment to meet your child’s class teacher during the year if you need it.
We offer a number of opportunities for parents/carers to feedback to us about various aspects of school life –we welcome both the constructive and positive views of everyone, as this is the only way we can continue to strive for excellence in everything we do.
If you wish to make any further comments throughout the year, please feel free to write it down and put it in our comments/replies box that is situated outside the school office each day.
